The dept. coordinator (chairman) in the Culinary Program at COD is not John Reed. It is, in fact, a GBW graduate, Chris Thielman. John is a part-time instructor, teaching a non-lab class called Equipment Purchasing in the spring semester only.
ReplyDeleteYes. Thank you so much. John is currently a part-time instructor at COD. He is a certified executive chef (CEC), certified culinary administrator (CCA), of Skokie, Ill., and recently was awarded the American Culinary Federation, Inc., (ACF) Central Region Chef Professionalism award at the 2010 ACF Central Regional Conference. John is also owner of Customized Culinary Solutions in Skokie.
